Ryan Hamlin has over 26 years of software development and management experience (Microsoft, MSN, Anderson Consulting). As an executive at Microsoft, Ryan managed 1000+ person teams and over $500M in revenue. In 2011, he founded PlaceFull.com, a powerful online booking and eMarketing platform. PlaceFull continues to grow its operations in the US and Canada and Ryan still serves as the Chairman of the Board. Ryan has served on several start-up and non-profit boards.
Bruce Jaffe is the former Vice President of Corporate Development for Microsoft, where he ran the entirety of the company’s efforts in that arena. Jaffe is also the former CEO of Donuts.com (a highly-regarded domain provider) and has run his own investment company (Three Point Group, LLC) since 2008.
Mike was founder and CEO of Oberon Financial Technology, an investment management software company which was later acquired by Envestnet, Inc. He recently retired from Envestnet after 15 years in a variety of capacities, including Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President and Managing Director. Prior to his tenure in wealth management services, Apker spent 20 years at Hewlett-Packard and at Silicon Graphics, Inc.
Don Tringali is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Augusta Advisory Group, a US-based boutique financial and business consulting firm providing a full range of executive, operations and corporate advisory services to leading public and private companies in a wide array of industries. He brings over 30 years of experience as a business lawyer, C-level executive, independent corporate director and board advisor to his new role. Mr. Tringali holds a BA in Economics from UCLA and a JD (Juris Doctor) degree from Harvard Law School.
Louis Camhi is the founder and Chief Investment Officer of RLH Capital, a SPAC (special purpose acquisition company) focused investment management and advisory firm. Previously, he worked as an analyst at Citadel where he managed an equity long short portfolio focused on payments and financial technology companies. Prior to Citadel, Mr. Camhi worked as a senior analyst at Three Corner Global, a fundamental long short equity hedge fund and he began his career as an investment banker in the mergers and acquisitions group at Credit Suisse Group AG (NYSE:MKTS CS). Mr. Camhi received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
